1. Operator
ZdeKup s.r.o., Company ID 14224062, VAT ID CZ14224062, registered office at Holice 907, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava. Contact: prodej@zdekupauto.cz, +420 735 050 050. Provozovna: Holice 907, Olomouc.
2. Vehicle listing
The vehicle listing on zdekupauto.cz is for information only and does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract. Vehicle details are taken from our dealer system and updated regularly; we reserve the right to clerical error. The details stated in the purchase contract prevail. All vehicles are physically in stock at our premises in Olomouc and can be viewed by prior arrangement.
3. Purchase contract
The purchase contract is concluded in writing in person at our premises. Prices are stated in CZK including VAT; where VAT can be deducted, this is expressly indicated. The vehicle remains the property of the seller until the purchase price has been paid in full.
4. Returning a car within 7 days
Over and above your statutory rights, we offer the option to return a purchased car within 7 days of collection. The car must be in the same condition as when sold — undamaged, not excessively worn, fully cleaned and complete with all documentation, keys and accessories. Mileage since collection must not exceed 500 km. If the car is returned dirty, we charge a reasonable cleaning fee so that we can offer it for sale again. The detailed terms form part of the purchase contract.
5. Warranty and liability for defects
We provide a warranty on every vehicle; its scope and length are agreed in the purchase contract. This is without prejudice to the buyer’s statutory rights arising from defective performance (Section 2165 et seq. of the Czech Civil Code). We document the condition of each vehicle with a Cebia check, including verification of its origin and odometer reading.
6. Buying your car and part exchange
A purchase price quoted on the basis of the online form is non-binding and indicative; a binding offer is made after a physical inspection of the vehicle. The purchase price is payable immediately on signing the contract and handing the vehicle over.
7. Financing and insurance
We arrange financing and insurance as a tied agent of our partner financial institutions. The specific terms (APR, instalments) will be provided by the finance provider before the credit agreement is signed.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers have the right to out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from the purchase contract. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
9. Final provisions
These legal relationships are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code. These terms take effect on 8 July 2026.
